Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of our e-commerce and digital services division.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
• Pitch company services (e.g., account management, cataloging, advertising, etc.) to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain client and lead data in CRM tools.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to boost lead generation.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong sales negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) is a plus.
• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented personality.

Qualifications

• Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, or related field.
• 0.6 – 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and sales enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
