As a Business Development Manager at ProMunim of India Pvt. Ltd., a DPIIT-recognized startup, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by selling subscription-based accounting and business solutions to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, digital leads, and field sales - Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Conducting product demos and presentations to explain ProMunim's service offerings, value proposition, and pricing models - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their pain points, and recommending customized subscription plans - Conducting market research to identify new industries, geographies, and emerging MSME needs - Tracking competitor offerings, pricing, and market positioning to provide insights for refining sales strategies - Assisting in developing partnerships with consultants, CA firms, startups, and business networks - Collaborating with franchise partners to support franchise-led growth initiatives - Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintaining accurate records using CRM tools - Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong B2B sales and business development capabilities - Proven ability to sell subscription-based or service-based solutions - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Result-oriented mindset with strong closing abilities - Ability to understand financial, accounting, and compliance-related services - High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field - MBA (Sales/Marketing/Finance) is an added advantage - 2-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in accounting & taxation services, financial services, SaaS or subscription-based offerings, or consulting/professional services Preferred Experience: - Prior experience working with MSMEs across multiple industries - Familiarity with GST, compliance, accounting, or finance-related services - Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms What ProMunim of India Offers: - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives - Fast-track growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling company - Exposure to diverse industries and national-level business development - Opportunity to be part of a DPIIT-recognized company with a strong franchise model - Dynamic, entrepreneurial work culture As a Business Development Manager at ProMunim of India Pvt.
