Team Lead – BI & Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & mentor a high-performing analytics team.
Oversee complex analytical projects & BI dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).
Drive data storytelling through impactful reports & visualizations.
Ensure documentation quality, process optimization & governance.
Engage with stakeholders & clients as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications:

5+ years in BI/Analytics, 1+ year in leadership.
Strong SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI expertise.
Exceptional communication, documentation & stakeholder management.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related field.
