The Technical Project Lead understands the drivers of business of Customer and provides data-driven recommendations. Works with business stakeholders to analyze and provision the data requirements. It includes having strong analytical skills and ability to collect and analyze large data sets using statistical techniques, provide on-going reports, and help with timely delivery of the data requirements. The lead identifies, evaluates, and documents potential data sources & improvements in support of project requirements within the assigned departments in the business.

- Proven experience with data discovery across all stages collection, cleaning, preparation, sharing and insights.

- Technical proficiency regarding database design development, relational/non-structured data models. Should have working knowledge of AWS Redshift, PostgreSQL
- Customer data platform experience is a definite plus
- Knowledge of using Postman tool and APIs
- Prior experience with Data visualization e.g., Power BI, Looker, Domo
- Experience working with JIRA is a must have
- Familiarity with Confluence and Service Now
- Understanding of digital marketing and media techniques

a. Project Scope:
- Coordinate migration of multiple websites from AEM (and potentially other platforms) to CORE platform scheduled
- Primary responsibilities include collaboration with customer Connect project managers
from CORE team and technical execution of changes which include configuration, end to end QA and documentation
- Ensure seamless integration with IIRIS, Data Hub, and EMEA data warehouse systems (as well as other potential systems)
b. Coordination Responsibilities:
- Manage ServiceNow ticket creation and workflow for tracker implementation
- Track URL changes (including removal of .html extensions) across all migrated sites
- Coordinate reference data mapping activities post-migration
- Facilitate communication between CORE team and data validation teams
- Ensure proper validation across multiple platforms (Data Hub, IIRIS, EMEA DWH)
c. Technical Implementation Tasks:
- Tracker Implementation
- Coordinate SNOW ticket creation with CORE team
- Facilitate script generation and configuration
- Ensure proper integration of tracking scripts by CORE team
- Support L2 validation in data lake, IIRIS, and DWH
d. Forms Management
- Coordinate testing and validation of forms across platforms
- Support Data Hub services team validation processes
- Facilitate MuleSoft wrapper integration with Data Hub
- Ensure proper validation in Audience Studio and interaction testing
e. Data Flow Validation
- Coordinate IIRIS CDP validation for designated sites
- Support other platforms (such as EMEA DWH) validation
f. MQL Configuration
- Coordinate reconfiguration activities
- Support necessary validation processes
- Track internal JIRA ticket workflows
g. Deliverables:
- Comprehensive project tracking documentation
- Regular status reports on migration progress
- Validation confirmation for each migrated site
- Issue tracking and resolution documentation
- End-to-end data flow validation reports
- Weekly reporting to IIRIS Support leadership on status, risks, and plan for the following week.
- Monthly reporting to IIRIS Support leadership (as needed)
- Maintain holiday calendar for all IIRIS resources needed to fulfil CORE migration tasks and track availability
- Additional tasks in support of ongoing activities
h. Milestones:
- Establish validation checkpoints for each migration phase
- Track completion of all post-migration validation activities
i. Communication Framework:
- Establish regular touchpoints with all stakeholders
- Create escalation paths for critical issues
- Document and distribute meeting notes and action items
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration between CORE, IIRIS, and data teams
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, business partners, product, and delivery teams to prioritize business and information needs
- Identify, evaluate, and documents potential data sources in support of project requirements
- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, perform necessary data validations
- Ability to understand and map data from between different formats and systems
- Using automated tools to extract data from sources
- Respond to data related inquiries in real-time to support business and technical teams
- Understanding of reference data elements within data sets, responsible for establishing appreciation and adherence to the principles of data quality management, including
metadata, lineage, and business definitions
- Proactively identify gaps in data (quality, integrity) and support with data access governance
- Deliver in a fast-paced Agile project methodology
- Locate and define new process improvement and automation opportunities
- Provide relational database expertise to construct and execute SQL queries to be used in data analysis activities
- Work in a global cross matrixed environment across multiple time zones with remote business users
