Description
They ensure that all aspects of the projects are organized and run smoothly, from inception to completion. This role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects Assist in the development of project scopes, objectives, and detailed project plans Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and records Act as a point of contact between teams, clients, and stakeholders Manage project changes and ensure proper documentation of revisions Schedule and conduct meetings, prepare agendas, and follow-up on action items Identify potential risks and issues, escalating them appropriately Support project managers in administrative tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and procurement Use project management tools to monitor performance and keep stakeholders informed Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field Proven experience (1–3 years) in project coordination or project support roles Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira) Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications: Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2) is a plus Experience working in IT, construction, government, or consultancy projects Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies Let me know if you need the JD tailored for a specific industry (IT, government, infrastructure, etc.).
