Job Description

Role As a business consultant, you will be responsible for the sales effort, achieving the revenue plan through acquisition of new accounts and farming of existing accounts across all industries. You will be responsible to position Dale Carnegie India / Walchand Plus as the preferred long-term learning solutions partner for all their training (soft skills, behavioral /vocational / domain / compliance) and digital / e-learning needs. 3-5 years of experience in sales of Service/product solutions to large enterprise clients across industry sectors. HR/OD/staffing solutions to large enterprise clients across industry sectors. Selling Vocational skilling solutions to clients in the CSR ecosystem & Skills Knowledge and experience of solution selling, concept sales, new client acquisition, account management, cross selling, and upselling. Proven track record of handling sales quota, meeting and exceeding targets consistently. Must possess strong negotiation skills and ability to establish relationships and network effectively. Must be presentable and must have excellent communication skills. Fluency in spoken English and Tamil is essential. Should have the ability to collaborate with internal teams to create propositions and service the client seamlessly. Superb computer literacy with capability in office software, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Quantitative Skills (Ability to read, analyze and interpret data)
