Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Consultant, located in Kozhikode. The Business Consultant will be responsible for understanding client business needs, offering tailored consulting services, and providing actionable recommendations for business growth and improvement. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing financial data, developing strategic plans, and effectively communicating insights and solutions to stakeholders to optimize operations and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, interpreting results, and generating actionable insights.
• Expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting to design and implement strategies for business improvement.
• Proficient Communication skills for effective client interaction, report writing, and presentation of recommendations.
• Knowledge of Finance principles and practices to analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Proven problem-solving aptitude, critical thinking capabilities, and a proactive approach to change management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are a plus.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and software, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
