The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing and strengthening relationships with key restaurant partners. You will help clients understand their business performance, drive adoption of BizzDeck features, and serve as their primary point of contact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with key restaurant partners
• Creating strategic business plans for accounts
• Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Conducting tele-calls/virtual meetings for onboarding, reviews, and support
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client concerns proactively

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Account Management and Key Account Handling
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to enable data-driven decisions
• Solid understanding of Excel (preferred: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Excellent communication skills in both English and native language
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Comfortable making and receiving tele-calls/virtual meetings
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
