The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, leadership coaching, and performance improvement. You will be responsible for mentoring professionals, enhancing their business acumen, and guiding them toward achieving both personal and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions for clients, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Analyze client needs and design personalized coaching plans to enhance business skills and performance. Guide clients in strategic planning, goal setting, productivity, and team leadership. Provide expert advice on marketing, sales growth, operations, and financial planning for business owners. Deliver workshops and webinars on business development, communication, and leadership. Track client progress and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to align coaching with organizational offerings and training modules. Stay updated on industry trends, coaching methodologies, and professional development tools. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business coaching, consulting, or leadership development. Proven track record in helping individuals or businesses achieve measurable growth. Strong understanding of business fundamentals (sales, marketing, finance, strategy). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Certification in business coaching or leadership development is preferred. Passion for mentoring, empowering, and transforming others' careers or businesses. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a training institute, career coaching platform, or consultancy.
