Role Overview

Business Coaches

Key Responsibilities

1. Mentoring & Coaching

• Provide one-on-one and group mentoring sessions for students in:

• Family Business Management

  (strategy, operations, financial planning, modernization)

• New Venture Development

  (business model creation, Go-To-Market planning)

• Startup Ideation and Validation

• Guide students through their entrepreneurial challenges with actionable insights.

2. Training & Workshops

• Conduct structured training sessions on:
• Idea generation frameworks
• Opportunity assessment and validation
• Business model design (Lean Canvas, BMC)
• Market research and competitor analysis
• Financial feasibility and unit economics
• Pitching and presentation skills

3. Project & Milestone Support

• Support students in developing:
• Business plans
• Prototypes/Pilots
• Go-to-market strategies
• Investor pitch decks
• Track student progress and ensure milestone completion.

4. Industry Integration

• Bring real-world exposure by sharing case studies, tools, and insights.
• Connect students to networks, domain experts, and relevant resources when needed.

5. Assessment & Feedback

• Evaluate student assignments, presentations, and business plans.
• Provide constructive feedback to support continuous learning and improvement.
