Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Centre Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in catering sales to join our team at Taj Skyline Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the business centre, ensuring seamless execution of events and meetings.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in catering sales with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel management and event planning.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience in managing teams and driving business results through strategic planning.
