- Lead BI initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Organize data and have good presentation and communication skills to work closely with the business stakeholders on a day-to-day basis for their reporting needs.
- Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical support for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit.
- Analyze company functions, processes, and activities to improve business applications for the most effective use of resources.
- Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
- Analyze and process data, building and maintaining models and report templates to develop data-driven solutions.
- Establish and document business processes.
- Assist others on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.
A deep understanding of data visualization, analytics, and reporting best practices, combined with strong data modeling and performance optimization skills.

- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau reporting, including expeirnce working with large-scale datasets.
- Proven experience integrating data from multiple sources (including APIs, flat files, and other cloud data platforms).
- Deep understanding of BI architecture, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
- Expertise in SQL, Oracle and advanced analytics concepts (CTEs, window functions, query optimization, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data governance, security models, and role-based access control within BI solutions.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and working with DevOps tools for version control and deployment.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
