Job Title: Business Analytics Location:Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai Client: Capgemini Experience:6+ years Employment Type: Contract to hire Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: - Immediate joiners Job Description: 6+ years of Business Analytics experience in which min 3+ years of experience in IT and ServiceNow • Works with Product Owner/Team Leads/SME’s to help make key decisions on priorities and design and works to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned. • Providing Vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and creating requirements. • Should have experience working with Mobile development, API, Cloud technologies • Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning meetings and sprint reviews and retrospectives throughout all phases of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Works effectively to ensure appropriate parties are involved and engaged to achieve project goals • Identifies, creates, and maintains user stories, develops, and prioritizes functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements • Responsible for customer requirement management • Good understanding and experience in using Agile methodologies like Scrum • Knowledge and experience in systematic risk identification and assessment • Analytical and reliable team player with a high degree of initiative • Fluency in English • Reliability, Ability to work under pressure and ability to precise in communication are must • Experience in working with International Teams/Inter-Cultural Exposure/Virtual teams is an advantage • Ability to communicate effectively and present results to technical experts as well as to the management • Gathers, analyzes and, when appropriate, contributes or starts to design the reengineering of business processes Good to have • Knowledge of new age technologies (cloud platforms, BOT tools, Automation, etc.), Application development and should be able to guide the team/ project w.r.t IT • Guide/mentor the Team members Show more Show less
