Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Market Research & AnalysisResearch target markets, industries, and customer segments.Analyze competitors, trends, and customer behavior.Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making.Outreach & EngagementAssist in identifying potential customers/partners through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.Support the drafting of outreach messages, email campaigns, and follow-ups.Track and record engagement metrics (response rates, conversions, etc.).Lead GenerationBuild and maintain a database of qualified leads.Use tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, Excel/HubSpot) to gather prospect data.Pre-qualify leads based on set criteria before passing them to sales/BD teams.Data & ReportingMaintain dashboards and trackers for leads, campaigns, and outreach activities.Prepare weekly/monthly reports on market reach and lead generation progress.Identify patterns in data to suggest improvements in outreach strategy.Collaboration & SupportWork with the sales and marketing teams to align on outreach strategies.Assist in creating presentations, pitch decks, and proposal materials.Participate in brainstorming sessions for growth strategies.Learning & DevelopmentStay updated on best practices in lead generation and digital outreach.Learn and apply basic tools like CRM software, Excel/Google Sheets, and marketing automation tools.About Company: ABEX Group – AI-First Hiring, Growth & Automation.
