Business Analyst

Overview:

We are hiring a business analyst to join our team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to your team leader. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to technical as well as non-technical users.

Responsibilities:

● Gathering requirements of the project to understand and fulfil the purpose of the process.

● Analyzing and evaluating the current processes and identifying areas of improvement.

● Researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more upgraded.

● Presenting ideas of improvements to fix the problems.

● Evaluating business processes, predicting requirements, designing and implementing solutions

● Documenting requirements, features, processes of the project and design workflow diagrams and wireframes for better understanding.

● Developing and documenting business processes, workflow and features to be developed.

● Developing projects and monitoring project performance.

● Working closely with senior management, technical teams and stakeholders to keep a record of the progress to avoid upcoming conflicts.

● Collaborating with users and stakeholders to have a clear communication about the project progress.

● Training and coaching team members for the same job profile.

Required Qualification & Knowledge:

● Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration.

● Knowledge of different technologies like gaming technologies, web 2.0 and web 3.0

● Knowledge of pre-sale and post-sale documentations.

● Knowledge of different Business Process Models like Agile, Waterfall, etc.

● Knowledge of different Business Process Diagrams like General Flowchart, Data Flow Diagram, etc.

● Knowledge of wireframes and hands-on experience in it.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
