We are seeking passionate and proactive Academic Counselors for our IT training institute in Indore. This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who have a good understanding of the IT industry and a strong desire to guide students in their educational and career choice
Understand the full range of IT programs and offerings and clearly communicate the same to prospective students
Counsel students (in person, via phone, or online) about courses, career paths, and admissions
Help students assess their interests and career goals, and match them with the right program
Maintain regular follow-up with leads to ensure successful conversions
Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and cold calls efficiently
Maintain and update CRM/student databases regularly
Support the end-to-end admissions process, including documentation and coordination
Participate in career fairs, seminars, and marketing activities
Coordinate with faculty and training departments for smooth onboarding of students
Provide after-admission support and ensure high student satisfaction.
