Academic Coordinator

The Academic Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of academic activities in the school. You will be responsible for coordinating with teachers, staff, and students to achieve academic excellence and implement CBSE guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and guidelines, coordinating with teachers to develop and review lesson plans, preparing and implementing academic calendars, assisting in conducting exams, evaluating answer sheets, and maintaining records, tracking student progress, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies, providing support to teachers in terms of resources, training, and development, coordinating parent-teacher meetings, and ensuring effective communication, and organizing academic events, competitions, and activities. In addition to the key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with CBSE rules and regulations and maintaining accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other relevant data. This is a full-time position that requires your presence in person at the work location.,
