Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Coordinator, located in Noida. The Academic Coordinator will oversee the development and execution of academic programming, including designing, organizing, and updating curricula to meet industry standards. The individual will guide and advise students on academic matters, facilitate effective communication between faculty and learners, conduct research to enhance course offerings, and ensure that educational objectives are achieved efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Education and Curriculum Development to design and implement effective academic programming
• Strong Communication skills to liaise between educators, students, and stakeholders effectively
• Experience with Academic Advising to support students in achieving their educational and career goals
• Research skills to analyze educational trends and develop data-driven improvements to curriculum and teaching methods
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems efficiently in an on-site environment
• Familiarity with or experience in the field of data analytics is advantageous
