Job Title: MERN Stack Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Team Lead to guide and manage our development team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will also lead a team of developers, oversee project delivery, and drive innovation in technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design architecture, write clean and scalable code, and review code written by peers.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to ensure successful product delivery.
• Set project timelines, break down requirements, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of applications.
• Participate in client meetings (if required) and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL (optional), and WebSockets
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodology
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred)
• Solid understanding of database design, performance tuning, and security standards

Leadership Skills:

• Proven experience managing or mentoring a team of developers
• Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
