Business Analyst

You will lead product modules end-to-endowning discovery, requirements, workflows, validation and post-release optimization. This is not a passive documentation role. You will be a driving force behind clarity, delivery velocity and continuous improvement. You will work directly with senior leaders and a dedicated engineering and QA team to ensure features are shipped with purpose, quality and business value. Success here is visible, recognized and rewarded.

What you'll do

• Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear requirements, workflows, and documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to capture use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering and QA to ensure requirements are fully understood and validated.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support production rollout and post-launch analysis.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met in all functional specifications.

What Were Looking For

• 5-7 years of experience as a

  Business Analyst

  in SaaS, fintech, or technical product environments.
• Proficiency in tools like

  ClickUp

  , or equivalent agile platforms.
• Strong analytical, documentation clarity and communication skills.
• Experience gathering and translating requirements into user stories, workflows and process maps.
• Understanding of API documentation, data flow diagrams, and systems integration.
• Ownership mindset, ability to work independently, and comfort working in fast-moving environments.
• Nice to have experience in

  debt collection, financial services, fintech

  , or integrations-heavy platforms.
