Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for mobile and web applications. User Story & Documentation: Develop clear and concise user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams. Design Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers using tools like Figma to create wireframes and prototypes that align with business objectives. Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of features. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment. Quality Assurance Support: Assist in defining test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. Business Proposals & Presentations: Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations to communicate project goals and outcomes effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 1–2 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile and web application projects. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as JIRA for user story writing and backlog management; Figma or similar for wireframing and prototyping. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Coding Knowledge (Basic): Understanding of basic coding principles to facilitate communication with development teams. Why Join Us?
