Business Analyst

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with product owners and tech teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and help shape scalable, user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into user stories.
• Create wireframes, documentation, flow diagrams.
• Work in Agile/Scrum setup using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Coordinate with development teams during sprints and UAT phases.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Experience with technical discussions is a plus
