Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
1.Collaborate with product managers, functional consultants, SMEs, developers, and quality engineers to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements. 2.Create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and other BA artifacts for backlog grooming and sprint planning. 3.Conduct agile scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement by collaborating with the team members. 4.Coordinate with cross-functional teams across QA, Dev, and Product to ensure requirement traceability and alignment. 5.Support UAT planning and execution by preparing test scenarios and validating solution readiness. 6.Track open issues, risks, and dependencies and proactively communicate status to stakeholders. 7.Create and maintain knowledge base documents, and release notes to support delivery and client enablement. 8.Bring domain expertise in clinical quality, healthcare reporting, or payer/provider workflows (preferred but not mandatory) 9.Support in pre-sales and business development engagements. Qualities that are mandatory: 1.Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. 2.Flexibility to take up any roles to keep the team momentum upwards. 3.Ownership mentality and willingness to learn and apply the learnings. 4.Proactiveness and out-of-the-box thinking; we are not looking for order takers.
