Role Expectations

• Strong Energy Trading domain knowledge, particularly the Gas and Power deal lifecycle
• Proven Techno-Functional skillset to handle end-to-end integration complexity
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multiple teams
• Knowledge of at least one ETRM platform (Endur or Aligne) to understand data contracts
• Knowledge of EU Power commodity is an added advantage
• Prior experience in data mapping and data contracts is preferred
• Knowledge of Kafka and SQL is an advantage (not mandatory)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing application functionality and data flows connected to Aligne ETRM
• Design and map equivalent integration flows for Endur
• Define detailed data contracts and translate them into Kafka schemas
• Collaborate with architects and development teams to support end-to-end integration build and testing
• Conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and validate designs
• Produce high-quality requirement and design documentation
• Manage backlogs, user stories, and cross-team dependencies using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders including:
• Endur SMEs
• Connected application SMEs
• Architects
• Developers
• Portfolio and programme teams
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst on integration projects
• Hands-on or working knowledge of:
• ETRM systems (Endur and/or Aligne)
• Kafka
• SQL
• Solid understanding of:
• Gas and Power trading
• Energy Trading deal lifecycle
• Experience with ETRM integration patterns
• Ability to manage complex dependencies across large stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ETRM transformation programmes
• Familiarity with data modelling and schema design
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
