Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on technical documentation. writing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business. processes, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers, to ensure that all technical documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy and clarity. The candidate should also be well-versed in AI tools and their usage to enhance documentation quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

 Technical Documentation:

o Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including but

not limited to user guides, API documentation, system manuals, process flows, and

configuration guides.

o Create and manage templates for various types of technical documents to ensure

consistency across all documentation.

o Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to stakeholders.

o Collaborate with development teams to understand product functionalities and

translate them into clear technical documents.

 Business Analysis:

o Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring

alignment with business goals.

o Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement in business processes.

o Prepare detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide development teams.

o Work with UX/UI designers to ensure that the user experience is consistent with

documented requirements.

 Collaboration and Communication:

o Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear

communication and understanding of project goals.

o Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and refine requirements and discuss

technical documentation needs.

o Provide regular updates on documentation progress to project stakeholders.

 Quality Assurance:

o Review and edit documents created by other team members for clarity, accuracy, and

completeness.

o Ensure that all documentation adheres to company standards and industry best

practices.

o Test and validate that the documentation aligns with the actual product functionality.

 Required Skills

o Any graduation / Post graduation [computer background will be preferred]

o minimum 3+ year experience as a Business Analyst with a software development company

o Excellent communciation skills with command over the English language [convent or english medium schooling preferred]

o Hands on experience in API documentation required

o experience interacting with clients independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
