Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Assess and improve business processes through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and visual reports to support decision making.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, outlining insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and operational improvements.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, bridging gaps and ensuring clarity.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must-Have: A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Must-Have: Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
Must-Have: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred: Experience working within Agile environments and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
Preferred: Certification in business analysis or related methodologies (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is an added advantage.
