Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and working with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
• Create workflow diagrams, wireframes, and user stories to support project requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, development, and QA.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solution delivery aligns with business expectations.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and reports.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
