Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams. Identify opportunities for process improvement. Define and document functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate deliverables. Perform data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making. Provide regular status updates on project progress and requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (freshers may apply if skills are strong). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. Experience with requirement gathering, wireframing, and data visualization tools (JIRA, Trello, Tableau, Figma, etc.). Nice to Have: Experience working with platforms like Freelancer.com, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelancing portals. Domain knowledge in IT, Finance, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
