Key Responsibilities:

· Elicit and document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

· Map current-state and future-state processes for onboarding, offboarding, asset refresh, and break-fix

· Facilitate workshops with HR, IT operations, finance, and logistics stakeholders

· Maintain traceability matrices, process maps, and solution-design artifacts

· Support functional testing and user-acceptance scenarios

Qualifications

· 5+ years of business-analysis experience in ITAM or endpoint-lifecycle projects.

· Hands on experience in Asset management . Microsoft teams integration, AI integration.

· Proven ability to write clear, testable ServiceNow user stories and process documentation

· Familiarity with global onboarding/offboarding workflows and asset-management metrics

· Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, and communication skills

· CBAP or equivalent certification preferred

. Require demonstrable experience in employee engagement practices and endpoint device

lifecycle management, with a focus on leveraging AI-driven tools in the EDLM space.
