Business Analyst – ServiceNow


Overview


Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit and document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Map current-state and future-state processes for onboarding, offboarding, asset refresh, and break-fix
  • Facilitate workshops with HR, IT operations, finance, and logistics stakeholders
  • Maintain traceability matrices, process maps, and solution-design artifacts
  • Support functional testing and user-acceptance scenarios


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business-analysis experience in ITAM or endpoint-lifecycle projects.
  • Hands on experience in 5 years Asset management . Microsoft teams integration, AI integration.
  • Proven ability to write clear, testable ServiceNow user stories and process documentation
  • Familiarity with global onboarding/offboarding workflows and asset-management metrics
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, and communication skills
  • CBAP or equivalent certification preferred

All roles require demonstrable experience in employee engagement practices and endpoint device lifecycle management, with a focus on leveraging AI-driven tools in the EDLM space.
