Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; intermediate Power BI skills. Experience with demand planning tools (preferably Anaplan). Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: Experience in manufacturing/B2B industrial environments. Familiarity with SIOP/S&OP processes and financial forecasting. Experience with large datasets and automation tools.
