Rpa Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Work with business SMEs to refine requirements for Hyperautomation, ensuring processes are optimized before requirement consideration
• User Stories Development: Document user stories with clear and testable acceptance criteria, definition of done and definition of ready
• Expectation Management: Manage stakeholder expectations on prioritization, solution scope and throughput capacity throughout the project lifecycle
• SDLC Documentation Creation: Deliver on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation requirements based on the projects risk profile and scope
• Solution Inventory: Maintain an accurate inventory of potential automation opportunities and existing solutions
• Project Tracking: Assist in tracking solution workflow throughout SDLC phases
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT in partnership with functional area business leads

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, relevant certifications (e.g., PMI, Prince 2) is a plus
• Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, experience in environments involving AI, Power Platform, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of automation technologies, including AI-based solutions, Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), and RPA frameworks
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
