Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Process Discovery

    • Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to gather, validate, and document business processes.
    • Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture end-to-end workflows and identify automation opportunities.
    • Evaluate process suitability for automation, including complexity, exception handling, and ROI considerations.
  • Feasibility & Documentation

    • Conduct initial automation feasibility assessments and prepare supporting business cases.
    • Produce high-quality documentation including Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and UAT scripts.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams

    • Work closely with RPA developers to ensure business requirements are fully understood and implemented correctly.
    • Support developers by clarifying requirements, validating edge cases, and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Testing & Validation

    • Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring test cases reflect business requirements and exception scenarios.
    • Track and manage issues through resolution during testing cycles.
    • Validate that automation meets acceptance criteria before deployment.
  • Change & Adoption

    • Assist in stakeholder communications, training, and rollout to drive adoption of new automation solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in

    RPA, automation, or digital transformation projects

    .
  • Strong knowledge of RPA tools such as

    UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere

    (exposure required, hands-on dev experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to conduct feasibility assessments and business case analysis for automation.
  • Strong documentation skills (PDD, BRD, UAT, process flows).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Power BI Reporting

Preferred candidate profile

  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or process improvement frameworks.
  • Experience preparing ROI/feasibility assessments.
  • Knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, or AI-driven automation.
  • Prior consulting experience or industry exposure in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Logistics.
