Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization and analytics, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights. You will be responsible for creating engaging dashboards and reports that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
Work with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Conduct data analysis and present findings to support business decisions.

Skills and Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in Tableau development.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Knowledge of R or Python for advanced analytics is a plus.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
