Job Title: Business Analyst Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Lucknow Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating B_ RD, FRD, SRD, and SRS documents, and be proficient in using Figma for UI/UX collaboration. _ Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders _ Prepare detailed BRD, FRD, SRD, and SRS documents _ Collaborate with design teams using Figma to visualize workflows and interfaces Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation Support project teams through requirement clarifications and updates Required Skills: Experience in drafting BRD, FRD, SRD, and SRS _ Proficiency with Figma and other collaboration tools _ Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
