Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with 1+ years of experience, including Upwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, Hiting target and closing deals. Experience in handling international clients and achieving sales targets .
Requirements:
1. Proven Upwork experience with a successful track record
2. Strong communication and sales skills
3. Experience in IT/digital services preferred
4. Bachelor's degree in MBA, Marketing or related.
5. Should have knowledge of Linkdin search.
Key responsibilities:-
1. Generate leads and write proposals on Upwork
2. Communicate with clients and understand project requirements
3. Close deals and maintain client relationships
4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,303.04 - ₹55,158.92 per month
