Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Bid Manager to oversee the preparation and submission of competitive bids for projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bidding. A strong understanding of the tendering process, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the preparation of bid documents, proposals, and presentations.

- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, legal, etc.) to gather necessary information.

- Review and analyze tender documents to ensure compliance with client requirements.

- Ensure timely submission of bids, while maintaining quality and accuracy.

- Track and manage bid opportunities and maintain a database of past submissions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in b.tech. and relevant fields

- Experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
