Job Description

  • Manage the complete bid lifecycle from requirement analysis to submission.
  • Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, technical, and finance teams.
  • Prepare we'll-structured proposals, compliance matrices, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure high-quality, error-free, and timely bid submissions.
  • Maintain reusable content, bid templates, and documentation libraries.
Technical Skills
Core Skills
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end bid/proposal processes.
  • Strong understanding of RFPs, RFQs, and tender documentation.
  • Excellent writing, formatting, and co-ordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams for inputs.
  • Understanding of costing, compliance, and proposal structuring.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Good toHave

  • Knowledge of IT services or consulting domain.
  • Experience in international bidding.
  • APMP or similar certification.
