JOB PURPOSE
This role will be supporting effective analysis, communication, problem resolution, and support to the Operations team. Reporting to the Country Head - India. In this role, the business analyst will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and handling sensitive information with the utmost care. In addition will lead/co- lead the implementation of new procedures and assist and/or lead in the development of new programs, reviewing KPIs and analyzing business trends. The scope of the Business Analyst will be to Support the India Operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Operational
• Facilitating the flow of information/processes to assist the operations team & management.
• Proactively identify trends through data analysis
• Provide analytics to improve processes for efficiency
• Design solutions for improved performance and automate processes
• Measure and report performance against established KPIs with ongoing evaluation of service integrity and operations.
• Facilitate resolution of operational and systems issues
• Creation and delivery of professional presentations for internal customers and vendors
• Identify system concerns impacting APLL and our ability to grow our capabilities
