JOB PURPOSE This role will be supporting effective analysis, communication, problem resolution, and support to the Operations team. Reporting to the Country Head - India. In this role, the business analyst will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and handling sensitive information with the utmost care. In addition will lead/co- lead the implementation of new procedures and assist and/or lead in the development of new programs, reviewing KPIs and analyzing business trends. The scope of the Business Analyst will be to Support the India Operations. Job Purpose Delivery of country CLS Sales budget in the areas of Revenue, CM, and Volume covering adjacencies such, inland Haulage, Customs House Brokerage whilst supporting the development of related business adding into Vendor Logistics. Promote APLL brand CLS facility to create awareness of APLL capabilities and product in the local market. Create relevant pipeline to pursuer. Assist operations team on contracting, establishing the customer rerated KPIs and educate customer service units, to ensure the require service quality is delivered to APLL customers Roles & Responsibilities Sale of APLL CLS capabilities and creation of solution to meet customer requirement by combining the adjacencies Facilitate the customer onboarding process and monitor implementations to ensure customer requirements are met and APLL interest (protection for; reputation, claims from service failures) is protected at all times. Review and agree with Operations management and SQ to set customer KPIs Monitor the set KPIs and review improvement opportunities to upscale APLL service to customers. Lead development and business expansion of existing key accounts. Represent APLL in key customer forum and create APLL brand awareness Review periodic variances in the performance against financial reports and rectify / justify variances’ for the accountable customers. Ensure credit agreements are put in place for requires customers and Account Receivable target are achieved for the respective customers.

Support the learning needs analysis for facilitating appropriate learning experience to close performance & skill gaps. Maintains the learning solutions for a diverse set of learners (e.g. instructor-led, videos, online courses, quick reference guides, job aids, performance support etc.) Facilitates pre and post-training administration for L&D, including monitoring employee/attendance data; Curate dashboard for training feedback.
