Role Description

The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions by analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating effective decision-making. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, evaluating workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to design solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and business performance. The Business Analyst works closely with project teams, management, and end-users to ensure that solutions meet organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities include conducting requirements gathering sessions, creating detailed functional specifications, and translating business needs into actionable plans. The Business Analyst analyzes existing processes, identifies gaps, and proposes enhancements to optimize operations. The role also involves supporting project implementation, testing solutions, monitoring outcomes, and providing insights for continuous improvement. Additionally, the Business Analyst prepares reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering measurable results.
  • Knowledge of software development processes, ERP systems, or CRM platforms is an advantage.
