Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to bridge IT and business operations. You will drive improvements, support strategic decisions, and explore AI-driven innovation using data and process insights. Job Title: Business Analyst Type: Full-time Location: Ahmedabad Qualification: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Analyze, document business needs via interviews, workshops, and research Prepare BRDs, functional specs, and user stories Translate business requirements into technical inputs Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and suggest solutions Conduct gap analysis and map current/future workflows Agile Delivery: Work within Scrum/Kanban teams Manage product backlog, facilitate agile ceremonies Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project docs, user guides, process flows Present data and insights via reports/dashboards Data & AI Insights: Analyze trends and provide business recommendations Collaborate on AI integrations for process enhancements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field 3+ years as a Business Analyst Experience with JIRA, Confluence, BPMN/UML Skills in SQL, Power BI/Tableau Knowledge of Agile, data analysis, and AI tools Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skill
