Business Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to analyze business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures Investigate operational issues, problems, and new opportunities, proposing effective business solutions Perform root cause analysis and identify available options for improvements Communicate with clients and stakeholders, presenting issues and solutions verbally and in writing Specify data, data objects, and information flows aligned with business needs Produce business analysis deliverables using standard documentation practices Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops, presenting findings and actions Support the development of business cases for change initiatives, defining holistic solutions (organization, people, processes, information, technology) Translate business requirements into structured forms and actionable deliverables Review, analyze, and evaluate business and user requirements Provide design input based on software and industry knowledge Create structure within projects and teams following Agile principles Actively participate in team processes, problem-solving, and suggesting improvements What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Working knowledge of software development concepts, practices, and principles Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, LucidChart, or similar Experience with insurance domain, particularly Property & Casualty in USA/UK markets Ability to independently manage medium-complexity tasks, prioritize work, and meet realistic deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation Proactive, self-directed, and able to take ownership of projects or components of larger initiatives Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to continuous improvement
