NIIT is looking for Business Analyst role.

Experience

5 days working from office, General shift.

This is for 1 year contract mode with the scope of conversion into Permanent based on the performance.

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders (internal or external) to understand business problems or needs.

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings.

• Validate data accuracy and work with data teams to clean or correct inconsistencies.

3. Process Mapping & Improvement

• Document existing business processes using flowcharts or tools (like Visio or Lucidchart).

• Identify areas for efficiency improvements or automation.

• Support implementation of process enhancements under guidance of senior analysts or project leads.

4. Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

• Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders to convey findings or updates.

5. Project Support

• Support project planning, coordination, and documentation.

• Help track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.

• Assist in testing solutions (UAT) to ensure they meet business needs.

6. Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for requirements, processes, and solutions.

• Contribute to user manuals, training guides, or help documentation as needed.

7. Learning & Development

• Continuously learn about the business domain, tools, and methodologies.
