KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB: Understand Client Requirements and communicate to Tech department in a document & map with existing product capabilities. The job is to translate the business requirements into features and help product engineering to understand it. As a mediator, moderator and connector, the business analyst must bring the business needs together with IT resources. Successful business analysts tend to be clear communicators, smooth facilitators, precise analyzers and team players. They should act as a bridge between business systems from the end user to functional implementation of technical solutions. KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:  Collaborate with the client to gather requirements and convert them into functional specifications and/or technical requirements  To work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as well suggesting innovative solutions to their needs / pain-points  Be a liaison for the product engineering team.  Ensure the released features are as per requirements.  Document and maintain business model canvas for the product  Conduct functional/technical feasibility study for new features of the product  Work with project stakeholders to ensure requirements are achievable and exhibiting good presentation and communication skills at all levels of management and operation  Prepare functional artifacts like BRD / FSD with business process flows  Prototype the requirements to generate wireframes  Analyze existing system and the proposed system to conduct Gap Analysis  Work closely with the design, development, QA, system teams to attain and meet project tollgates internally  Analyze and report the key risk areas while documenting requirements and during testing  Create a variety of models and diagrams (such as flowcharts) that show programmers the business need for development SKILLS REQUIRED:  Experience in user stories-based requirement generation and Agile based product development  Ability to be diligent and analytical is very important  Knack of converting high level and sometimes vague business requirements into functional specifications and/or technical requirements  Understanding of Wireframing Tools & Trends as well as Mock Up development technologies  Basic knowledge of UX methodologies, approaches, and trends and the ability to translate user problems to business requirements and present user-centric solutions  Should have excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills  Should relish turning ambiguous requirements into more concrete and actionable items Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Experience: Business analysis: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
