About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Business Analyst with strong cybersecurity and network security expertise

to join our team in a regulated enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in requirements elicitation, business process modelling, and stakeholder management, combined with deep knowledge of

cybersecurity frameworks, controls, and regulatory compliance

. You will act as the bridge between technical security teams and business stakeholders, ensuring security requirements are effectively embedded into projects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for cybersecurity and network security projects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align security solutions with business needs.
  • Apply cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) to projects and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support Agile delivery: assist product owners with epics, user stories, and backlog refinement.
  • Translate complex network security concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
  • Produce business process models, artefacts, and documentation in line with project requirements.
  • Assess and articulate risk exposure in regulated environments (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Business Analysis – Proven track record in BA/Systems Analysis in large, regulated environments; strong in requirements lifecycle management.
  • Network Security & Cybersecurity – Solid understanding of security concepts, controls, and architectures; experience applying NIST/ISO 27001/CIS.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Ability to translate technical security topics for business stakeholders; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Agile Delivery – Experience in Agile/SAFe environments (Scrum, Kanban); strong support for product owners and backlogs.
  • Regulatory & Risk Awareness – Experience in regulated industries (financial services preferred); knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, compliance, and risk.
  • Availability – Ready to join within 15–30 days (immediate joiners preferred).

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Practical knowledge of network security technologies (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, proxies, zero-trust, cloud networking security).
  • Familiarity with threat modelling or penetration testing outputs from a BA perspective.
  • Experience with tools: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
  • Exposure to automation of BA artefacts and reporting.
