The right fit for the position is the one who can do whatever it takes to understand, evaluate and execute the requirements as laid out by our clients, across 100 countries.Designation: Business AnalystBusiness Analyst Job - Responsibilities: Engage with our prospective clients as well as Business Development team members to understand the project requirementsAnalyze and summarize the business requirements to finalize the scope for the projectUnderstand the requirements from technical and functional point of views by studying various websites and mobile applications, as needed.Create various project documents like Business requirements document (BRD), Work breakdown structure (WBS), Wireframes, Flow-charts, Use Case diagrams, Statement of work (SOW) and many other, as needed.Conduct meetings with Business Development team members as well as Project Managers on a regular basis to discuss about the requirements and the documents preparedGather critical information from various stakeholders during the meetings and produce necessary results in the form of revised documents.Seek confirmation on the documents from the prospective clients and thereby pushing the project to execution.Formulate the ways to help improvising the existing business processes based on previous research, thereby focusing on companys growth.The ideal candidate for the Business Analyst job profile will be the one who has excellent business analysis knowledge, solid communication skills, good interpersonal and convincing skills and a good team player, a go-getter who takes his/her career before anything and has plans for a long-term sustainable and challenging career with us, as what we offer is not a short-term job affairBusiness Analyst Job - Required Skills & Education BE/BTech (in IT/CE/CS) /MSc IT/MCA required.
