Job Description

We are looking for talented and motivated individuals or freshers to help drive forward and maintain our award winning Electronic Health Record product serving healthcare providers across the United States. Role: Business Analyst Experience: 0-2 years Location: Ahmedabad, GJ (Onsite) Job Shift: Mid Shift (2 PM onwards) Job type: Full-Time Responsibilities Understand and document client business requirements, workflows, and pain points. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and support to translate requirements into technical deliverables. Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, and product documentation. Conduct gap analysis between current processes and the proposed solution. Assist in product testing, implementation, and user training. Support client onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting. Help in monitoring and evaluating solution effectiveness post-deployment. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Desired Skills and Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of Mobile and web application. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with business analysis tools.
