Roles & Responsibilities: RCM is the process of managing claims, payment and revenue generation. RCM encompasses everything from determining patient insurance eligibility and collecting co-pays to properly coding claims. Job Description: Submit medical claims to insurance companies promptly. Verify patients' insurance coverage and authorizations. Follow up on unpaid claims within the billing cycle. Review and complete patient bills. Analyze and update daily reports.
