About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1 year of consulting

experience in the NBFC and Fintech sectors, specifically in business and sales functions. The

ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products, sales processes, and

business operations, along with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with sales and business teams to identify growth opportunities, process

bottlenecks, and areas for operational improvement

 Analyze sales performance data, customer acquisition funnels, and business metrics to

provide actionable insights

 Prepare and present business reports, dashboards, and performance tracking sheets

 Conduct market and competitor analysis to assist in strategic planning

 Liaise with product and tech teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly

understood and implemented

 Monitor and report on key metrics related to business and sales performance

Requirements:

 Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

 Min. 1 year of experience in a consulting or business analysis role, preferably in NBFC,

fintech, or financial services

 Understanding of digital sales processes, digital lending, and financial products in the

NBFC/fintech domain

 Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools

 Excellent communication and presentation skills

 Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
